Hours of operation

Hours vary depending on the visit period:

  • In high season, from April to August, Coca Cola London Eye is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • In low season, from September to March, Coca Cola London Eye is open every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Prepare your visit

  • To avoid queues for this popular attraction, we strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance. This means you also benefit from cheaper rates than on site.
  • Receipt of e-tickets is instantaneous. You can present them from your smartphone.
  • With pre-purchased tickets, you can go directly to the box office at the Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB. This building is right next to the London Eye. You can collect your access tickets there by choosing the time of your visit at the standard or priority counter depending on your choice of tickets (Standard or Fast track).
  • Standard ticket: once you have collected your access ticket, you can go to the wheel and access the standard queue, at least 15 minutes before the chosen time.
  • Fast track ticket: once you have collected your access ticket, you can go to the wheel and access the “Fast track” priority line, at least 15 minutes before the chosen time. This saves you valuable time so you can enjoy the London Eye.

The London Eye experience

  • Duration: the complete revolution of the wheel is 30 minutes.
  • Characteristics of the wheel: 135 meters in diameter, 32 pods which can each hold up to 25 people.
  • Interactive guides are available inside the capsules
  • London Eye 4D Experience: before or after your ride on the Ferris wheel, with your tickets you can attend the screening of a breathtaking escapade over London.
