What to expect

As both a student and assistant to Rodin, Antoine Bourdelle also chose, at the end of his life, to establish his own museum within his studio. Today, a visit to the Bourdelle Museum offers a remarkable glimpse into the master’s personal space. While visitors can explore the sculptor's living quarters, it is the artist’s working rooms that are particularly captivating. With workbenches cluttered with tools, unfinished statues, and period furniture, it almost feels as if the master is about to resume his work. Throughout the museum, you'll find some of his most renowned works, such as the model for the Monument to Mickiewicz or the Archer Heracles. Admission is free for the permanent collections of this City of Paris museum, but there is a fee for its numerous temporary exhibitions. Book your ticket in advance to gain access without delay on Ticketeaser.com.
